The existence of such disputes does not release the customer from the obligation to pay the entire invoice or the entire value of the subject of the dispute.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods upon delivery and to make a complaint in case of defects or problems. In principle, all items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be taken back. The shipping costs in the event of a return of the goods are charged to the customer.
